Thursday morning Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI reports Hollyscoop.
The O.C. star was handcuffed and arrested on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, Calif. and taken into a police station around 3AM.

The 21 old actress, was driving a white Range Rover under the influence of alcohol and without a license.
A bail amount of $10.000 was set for her temporarily release.
