David Hasselhoff was offered sexual favours by his female co-stars on the hit TV show ‘Baywatch’, in exchange for giving their careers a boost.
However Hasselhoff, who was also executive producer on the hit show, insists that he was so happy with now estranged wife Pamela Bach back then, that he never accepted the offers.
The actor makes the claim in his autobiography ‘Don't Hassel The Hoff’, and also states that he was asked to take advantage of the casting couch not once, but ‘a lot’ of times.
"Being married to Pamela allowed me to enjoy the beauty of women on the Baywatch set, to respect them and to let them know it wasn't OK to throw themselves at me," Contactmusic quoted him, as writing in his autobiography.
"This happened a lot and it was sad to see girls use their sexuality to try to further their careers.
"It was blatant and it was also scary," he said.
However, Hasselhoff also said that what kept him from bedding all those women, was knowing that a lawsuit from one would not only close down the show, but also ruin his marriage.
"I knew one of these young actresses could close the show with a lawsuit and shut down my marriage," he states.
Among the actresses who he co-starred with included big names like Pamela Anderson, Yasmin Bleeth and Carmen Electra.
Hasselhoff can currently be seen on the small screen as a judge on the hit reality TV show “America’s Got Talent’.
